Specialist physician Dr Peter Florida-James has been offering facial aesthetics for many years via his private health centre, Park Health Clinic, based in London and he is now appointed as our doctor of aesthetic medicine to administer wrinkle relaxing injections, dermal fillers and an amazing 8 point facial.
Why dermal fillers?
They say you live your life through your face, trouble is as we age it just gets worse. Laughter lines, if only! What with exposure to weather and pollution, stress, the effects of smoking and the sun you have the perfect recipe for accelerating the effects of ageing.
As we get older, the skin loses its natural proteins such as Elastin & Collagen, a process which starts soon after we leave our teenage years.
The reduction of these proteins means the skin loses elasticity leading the formation of lines and wrinkles, crows feet, lined upper lip and hollow cheeks. Skin thins and loses its youthful glow.
New Skin can help with Anti Wrinkle Injections and Dermal fillers.
Fillers are popular treatments used for softening wrinkles, laughter lines, facial lines and wrinkles caused naturally by ageing or sun exposure. Combined with a local anaesthetic, dermal fillers are injected into the skin to give your face a natural volume, leaving your skin completely hydrated and youthful.
We offer a number of treatment options to lessen the appearance of wrinkles. To choose the best plan for you for natural looking, yet noticeable results, contact us now to book a free, no obligation consultation.
Now we can smooth out laughter lines and wrinkles caused naturally by ageing or sun exposure and its never been quicker or easier.
Juvéderm® is made from biocompatible, biodegradable materials and contains Hyaluronic Acid, which replaces the naturally existing substance in your skin that repairs damaged tissue. There are different types of Juvéderm®:
- Juvéderm® For Lips fills in lip lines and wrinkles whilst hyaluronic acid attracts and retains moisture. Results can last up to a year.
- Juvéderm® VOLUMA® with Lidocaine, replenishes lost skin volume to regain a youthful curve to the cheeks and can be used to enhance the overall shape of your face.
- Juvéderm® Hydrate™ helps attract and hold moisture within the skin to restore a healthy natural glow.
Summary Of Your Treatment
DO THEY HURT?
Unlike traditional procedures, such as surgical face lifts or implants, this treatment requires no cuts, incisions or stitches. It may involve some light pain or discomfort. Clients describe it as a tiny scratch as the needle goes in, with a slight stinging sensation as the filler is applied. For those feeling anxious, we can use a local anaesthetic to numb the area completely. Afterwards there may be some swelling or bruising. The swelling fades within 48 hour; the bruising can take up to a fortnight.
